Melbourne Mandir Camp 2026 – Terms & Conditions

Departure & Return: Participants will depart from Melbourne Mandir at 9:00 AM on Saturday, 25th April 2026 and return at 4:30 PM on Sunday, 26th April 2026.

Conduct: All participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the guidance of Melbourne Mandir volunteers and organisers throughout the camp.

Responsibility: Melbourne Mandir and its organisers are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings, injury, or damage that may occur during the camp.

Medical Care: Participants must inform organisers of any allergies, health issues, or medications in advance. In case of emergency, appropriate first aid will be arranged, and parents/guardians will be contacted immediately.

Transport: Bus transport (if selected) is subject to minimum numbers and may incur additional charges. Final confirmation will be communicated closer to camp dates.

Fees & Activities: The $70 registration fee per person covers food, accommodation, and all self-run activities. Specialised activities organised by camp staff will cost $18 per person per activity, payable separately at the camp.

Accommodation: Participants will stay in shared dormitory-style rooms. Bedsheets, pillowcases, blankets, and sleeping bags must be brought by participants.

Photography & Media: Photos and videos taken during the camp may be used by Melbourne Mandir for future community or promotional purposes.

General: All participants are expected to maintain cleanliness, punctuality, and participate in group sessions.
